How to join us for yoga?

Just show up! Our daily community classes are 7 days a week at 7am. Once you enter the property you will follow the path past the cafe to our yoga shala.


If we have a retreat happening: Our classes will be on the top floor of the Ananda building.

    This Vinyasa flow provides a balance of heating and cooling postures for a smooth and steady practice that is designed to bring your entire body into a state of harmony and balance.

  • Power Vinyasa

    Enjoy this vibrant, active and energising flow combining elements of hatha, vinyasa, pilates and more. Feel and notice your body transform through this series of strengthening movements.

  • Gentle Slow Flow

    A slow flow yoga class blends mindful movement with intentional breathwork, offering a gentle yet deep practice that builds strength, flexibility, and relaxation at a calming pace.
