Day 1: Balance
Our journey begins with the first principle from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras: Sthira Sukham Asanam — "The posture should be steady and comfortable." On day 1, we explore the balance between effort and ease, learning how to stay grounded and present in every posture and every moment. This day is about discovering that sweet spot where strength meets softness and balance emerges naturally.
Day 2: Letting Go of Attachments
Day 2 delves into the teaching of non-attachment and the importance of letting go. Through Patanjali’s Sutra Abhyasa Vairagyabhyam Tannirodhah, we learn that through consistent practice (abhyasa) and letting go (vairagya), we can find true peace.
